I think that my flux between light and dark gets communicated over time. You are right though all of those pieces have that light quality and actually were made in a similar mental state. I like them even more in real life and felt very drawn to them. If we end up with buying one of those I'll be delighted. You have an astonishing breadth of work and techniques – its almost too big a playground, but I'm convinced that its in the unrestrained moments of joy that you're free to paint your best work and your raw talent shows through. These interiors, perfume to bird song and figure in a room all have that about them. You seem at peace in them. I’ve been enjoying the interiors that came back with Chantal.
