Good Good People, Thank You

After only yesterday posting about the kindness of a friend, today another showed amazing thoughtfulness to send me a message offering suggestions about things that I could try to help gain momentum with my work.

Two days ago another who has shown their support often did so again by sending a thoughtful link!

I realised today (a shitty day by the way!) that this is ever the case and that so many people both now and in the past have shown enthusiasm and support for my work that I in truth struggle to see the value of at the best of times. Time to name a few.

Andy Sylvester, Maggie Ayliffe, Laura Leong, Amy Evans, Juliet May, David (local knowledge) Green, Helga Henry, Tom Hicks, Robert (pablo) Bowers, Dr Chantal Powell, Eileen Cooper, Clare and Jamie Cochran, Vickie wood, Mom, Dad and of course my amazing Angel Eyes!

there are more ! many many more! If i have missed you I am sorry but you know who you are and Thank You!

If you are a creative too just think how much harder it would be without your people!

perhaps we should all say thanks more often!

  • You’re right we should – so thank you!
Thank you for both inspiring and encouraging me to be brave enough to explore my creativity at a time when it felt dead and buried. I’m feeling more excited by possibility and fulfilled in the joy of experimenting than I have for a very long time – that is an incredible gift!

  • Re thank you.
Yes you are right, we should remember to thank people. A long time ago I was told a gift isn’t yours until you have said thank you.
