This is one of the paintings that I made while developing ideas for my collaborative project with installation artist Chantal Powell.
So after a break from blogging and some creative ups and downs. I feel like starting to record my progress again. It has not been as long as I had envisaged but You just never can tell with these things.
I have made some progress since I last posted. Starting to work on the ideas that I have been developing for my collaborative “Ebony Tower” project. I have also begun to work on a new series of gloss and aluminium pieces. I have updated my website and started a new separate Liquid Gloss site.
I was also lucky enough to be accepted into this the Surface Gallery Open 09.

So its been a busy few weeks since I last blogged. I suppose I havent made the dramatic re-figuring of myself that I dramatically predicted but after a rocky patch I at least feel focused and ready to push on with it all. More images of what I have been working on to follow.
